Trip Leader: John Shotts. This was trip 3 of 3 for the day. Trip details were posted on the AzLCA, CSCC, and Expedition Portal websites. We had 11 rigs show up on an ideal day weather-wise. We ran the trail from west to east. The Pipeline (also known as Diamondback Gulch) section was mostly untouched and offered good challenges. The Greasy Spoon section was easy (as usual) though a lot of maintenance is being done here due to erosion. Scenery on this trail is amazing. Running it late in the day, as we did, made it extra sweet as those Red Rocks were on fire! Trail rating today...2.5 with optional 3.0's.
Sedona-area trails not a lot of challenge for a modified Land Cruiser.
